definitely a tackling stat.. this is a major oversight by Konami.
I'd like to see a 'dirty bastard' stat... the higher it is, the more likely a player is to injure someone with a tackle. Injuries seem a bit random at the moment although they do get worse with more mistimed tackles. This would also ensure that dirtier players have a greater tendency to get booked.
I agree that goalies need more stats, particularly on dealing with crosses etc, but I think the general keeper AI needs to improve first.
Maybe a 'hollywood' stat, higher values mean players tend to fall over at slighter challenges or take a dive in the area (and a button to do this). But then I don't know how happy I'd be if a mate dived in the box and conned the ref into giving a penalty against me... could be some aggro there.
Most importantly we need a simple way of changing one set of stats across the board, without affecting others. eg. decrease all players speed by 5 points.
I'd like to see more special abilities too. The marking attribute has a huge effect on gameplay, there should be others for crossing, ability to defend crosses etc.
The possibilities are endless and I guess Konami have to draw the line somewhere... and the overall AI has to keep pace with all these suggested improvements
