New form of cheating?

I just played someone online (....Pes_Legend....) and they chose Liverpool/Merseyside Red - except it wasn't - the commentry used the Liverpool team names but this team had Kaka, Aidriano, Rooney, Henry etc. Pretty much all the good players in the game.

Is this something anyone else has seen? I asked him at half time if it was his ML team and he said it was, and that you need a chipped PS2.

I've played someone in the past that was in a group called PES_LEGENDS that lagged me so I thought I'd play this guy even though his stats looked dodgy.

no doubt dude... i posted about this a few days ago.

there is a guy named JulioBucci who does this... he assigns his ML team to scrub teams on the game (lower level premiership and serie a teams) and then starts rooney, zidane, ronaldinho etc.

sucks, doesn't it.

Although he beat me 2-0 this time he wasn't actually that good - I feel that I lost it rather than him winning it - considering I chose Everton. He's played over 600 games and won about 80% of them. If it was the guy that lagged me before I imagine he does it quite often to have those stats.

does anyone know if cheats are allowed in pes6 (online mode?). Could someone do his dirty business?
Last night i won a game (2-0) and my rating dropped down 1 point!!! How can that be possible? I have played over 600 games and never had a problem. Does anyone know what is going on with that?

some guy beat me the other day, he had 600+ I had around 300, he won 2 - 1 however his points dropped and mine went up. He accused me of cheating which I was not happy about as I do not, including cutbacks and that type of shite, play 95% of the time with Liverpool so I thought it was unfair.

I can only assume that the game assumes that a player of 600+ should beat a player of 300 points quite easily and punishes them for not doing so! especially when his winning goal was a cutback!

That's bullshit. A chipped PS2 can't let you play with an ML team online. :no:

All of the teams are pre-loaded from the servers every time you connect, remember. Now unless this guy hacked into the PES6 servers and personally modified the Liverpool team to contain the best players in the game, then he is lying.

I didn't believe him, I don't understand how he did it and to be honest I'd rather not know. I'd rather let Konami know and let them deal with it. I made sure I got the name, right down to the number of ".'s" either side.

No red it wasn't you. I believe that you assume right,cause i cant think that someone can cheat on pes6. The only way of cheating is the...cutbacks!!! Oh and something i saw last night. There was a guy with 700+ rating.He chose of course inder,condition normal (of course!!!). He scored on first half and then he started making passes at his defensive line.Oh my god!!!I didnt press him till the end of the half and he was just passing there!Konami should do something about that on their next pes.Like him i know there are many players out there,and they think they are good players.Bah!!! Most of the high ratings are based on cheating (any form). I hope that pes 7 will deal with problems like these.

It's starting to get quite bad now what with the number of cheaters on there.

I've been playing people recently who disconnect whenever they realise that they can't win. Yet, the disconnect doesn't count as a win for me and a loss for them. It only adds to their number of times disconnected total. Unbelievable if you ask me.

I checked the guy at the top of the rankings, it says there that hes unbeaten. Let me say this, it is nigh on impossible to stay unbeaten after 700+ matches online. Methinks that the guys at the top of the rankings have been cheating.

KCET have to sort this out for PES7 otherwise I might consider not playing online at all.
