New free kick system

Hi all,

I wanted to suggest an idea that I think is great.

I want more options for free kicks- instead of just having a second taker who can pass, kick and move away, I want a second taker that can do various thing- run and jump over the ball, deliver a deadly through pass.
Also, an option for two assistants who can jump over the ball, the trick where one pass, the second stops, and the thirs shoots.

These can be extremely fun.

What do you think?

(yeah i also think that this deserves a seperate thread) nonetheless, What an idea! I'll welcome this feature hands down. May I also add that konami should allow us to take ground driven free kicks. You know, the type where the wall jumps and the ball goes under the wall. Also I would also welcome more free kick animations. For example a lampard.

i think he means a shot that bounces in front of the goalie

chelsea are a good example anyone who seen the recent chelsea vs liverpool champions league match would have seen the different types of free kicks they take
you could have lampard,ballack,drogba all standing around the ball and alex standing farther back ready for a piledriver so why not have it in pes with 3/4 players around the ball at free kicks

Its super easy to score with one of those, easier than going over/around the wall.

They should let you change which foot the player hits the ball with, and change stance aswell to adjust to the angle/distances.

Just hope that online 1v1 is fixed more than anything. Though come to think of it, the keepers should have more of an urgency about them - its impossible to have a quick counter attack when the keeper is awkward and slow.

I actualy know how to kick with both feet.
I've only tried with Roberto Carlos... I can make him shoot with his right foot.

I would like to see a choice which would allow you to pick 3 freekick takers to line up a freekick, it should be something like Chelsea where Lampard, Alex, and Drogba can all stand on a freekick which would be great and realistic.

If the wall is to his left, I move the angle to the left of the wall, for an outside curve. Then, I shoot and curle it to the right, around the wall.
Than Roberto Carlos runs likes his going to take it with his left foot, but shoots with his right.
This resembels his famous free kick against France, but the opposite.

This is a good idea, however I would love to see the system they used in FIFA a few years back where you could put a cross hair on which area you wanted to hit the ball, then a power meter. Then the addition of adding extra players to pass, dummy or fake a shot would make the FK immense!

my idea for free kicks

there should be a training mode where you can edit, create and practice free kicks which can be saved and used in the game.

does anyone remember the free kick argentina against england in the world cup (the game where beckham got sent off) everyone expected a shot but argentina played it short 2 passes into the box and scored.

you could have various options such as a short ball down the flank for example.

just bouncing ideas around....
