New Official PES3 Questions Thread

1. The game freezes at certain points such as when a goal is scored, when the ball passes over the halfway line or a goal kick due to the disk loading some commentary.

2. I scored 4 headers past Brazil on 5* today.
And lots more besides that. So yes.

3. Easier? It's the same method - but yes, they are more successful.

4. Much better save animations in PES3. Free kicks were not hard to score in PES2. They are quite easy to score in PES3 (with Beckham anyway).

5. Only someone who has the final version can answer this and I think they'll be more concerned with playing the game. Beckham has definitely been transferred. The rest you can do yourself.

I have to say something in regard of this stutter bug ...

I have PES2 and I'm sure I haven't experienced any freezing of the screen when you score a goal or when ball passes the half...
I actually don't know what are you talking about...
Maybe your chipped PS2s are having it...

who knows... maybe it's just me...

The only thing I know is that my PES2 looks and plays nice and smooth without any freezing...

I think u don't understand. The stutterbug was in a beta version of PES3 and in the demo (i believe it was in WE 7 as well). In the full version which is officially released at the 17th of october people say the stutter bug is gone. So it should work just as PES2 (without freezing)

I have some good news for PES 3 BETA VERSION owners!

Yesterday all day and night I was in front of my PC with the ps2 next to me and I fixed all the latest transfers of all the clubs accurate to the last player!!!!!!

Now Chelsea looks incredible with all the transfers!!!!

How is this good news for others players? Are you going to use an X-Port and share your option file?
There is already an option file for PES3 beta with transfers available, made by dasboot.

The PES3 beta option file does not work for the full version.

I dont know how to do the sharing but I would be glad to do so if u could tell me how! U see I dont have an xport but I can buy one !!One thing is for sure I dont know about the optionfile u r saying but I know that I included in my transfers even some that happened one or two days ago. I am talking for so much detail!!

I was just trying to find explanations about some jap menus in we7 some weeks ago and searching the yahoo I found out about this site and I started visiting a lot! It is very helpful and u find everything about KONAMI'S STATES OF ART(WE & PES) But be sure that when I understand clearly how to use this site I will help a lot with everything I know on Pro(quite a lot)

It allows you to enter a code and it will raise a players stats by +5 or decrease a players stats by -5.

Thats how it was in WE7 anyway.

I think it is the new trick that is included in PES3 that WE7 didnt have isn t that right??

Kulotas, if you need to post again after a short time, please edit the first post to include anything else you have to add rather than posting again. Thanks.

There are a few 4-digit codes you can enter and using them can change the stats of all the players in a certain team. This saves time for editing them all individually. Some of the codes for WE7 are in the "Guys have PES3....." thread so someone will have to search for them. Not sure if the codes for WE7 will work for PES3 yet.
New trick in PES3 is to push down then up on the right analogue to flick the ball up.

I'm new around here and although I have spent A LOT of time reading the forums here lately, I have not posted a message up until now.
I'm sorry if this question has already been asked, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
There is one thing that irritated me about PES2, and that was the lack of a manual replay option. Is there one in PES3? And if it is, can you save these replays?
Although I'm gonna get this game anyway (just two more days now!), any answers would be greatly appreciated

yes there are manual replays and yes you can save them
