does any one think that konami will release a patch for the whole game or just multiplayer would it be possibe in the new patch they could put some of the essential options back in the game i mean the whole not being able to choose your kit b4 kick off is laughable i played in a semi final we both had whit kits on .i hope they can or is this what we are stuck with till next year .

it certainly will and fact is its a dumb ass question coz how are we suppose to know,the front page would get the update and i think that is the only way we would know,unless a konami rep came on and told us but that would be a 99% chance its just some noob claiming to be and spouting shit.

i feel ya on the kit thing.if it made the appropriate choices it wouldnt be a problem but juve and tottenham both in there home kit was an awful game for to play,i quit my cup because i couldnt bare it,it was hurting my eyes.

but on http://www.pro-g.co.uk/news/25-10-2007-6754.html it clearly says
"We were told that a patch was being worked on that would not only attempt to improve offline play but also online play"

and when you say you feel sorry for console players, i feel the PS3 is different, you won't be able to do much with the PS2 but with the PS3 having a hard disk drive and internet connection, it has the capibilitys of recieving a patch for the game. and with the huge amount of negative feedback PES2008 has recieved on this issue i feel Konami will be forced into making a decision, there reputation could be on the line?!

there will prolly be a minor update for the lag issue like there was last year for the 360,nothing more.

for lag issues i remember (Pro Evolution Soccer on PC) before Konami released about 2 patchs? on ps3 i dont know.
