i like having tourney's with mates but i do get annoyed having to watch through 4-5 matches until your next one, and some of them are sinfully boring

I read somewhere (maybe on here) that you can unlock team commentary names by winning the Konami Cup as that team, eg. I played and won Konami cup as Spurs but Tottenham did not appear in the commentary options!

Is this just a rumour that doesn't work or am I doing something wrong?

erm the commentary mode is already unlocked on pes3, that was pes2 where u had to unlock it.

i'm not sure about tottenham, but it doesn't unlock every teams name.

Unlock Commentary names was just for PES2.
In PES3, all the names you get at the start is all you can use. I use Rotterdam for Tottenham and it sounds OK-ish.

Ah well, thanks for clearing that up! At least you've saved me playing the Konami Cup with every team in the game!!

Can I just say, don't you find it really annoying that when you buy a new player, mid season, he's only available at the end of the Season!!

I bought a couple of great players to bulk up the end of my Div 1 season with the hope of beating Liverpool to the top, only to find I don't get my players 'til next season!!

Hi,

I just bought PES3 to PC and I can´t play it. Althought my system has all the requirements( CEleron 2,0GHz, geforce 4, 512 ram) the game is so slow. It seems like i´m playing it in slow motion. Does anyone knows how to solve this problem? Thanks

The difficulty is rated in stars *easy *****hard. on PES2 there was an extreme settin for the master leauge, but now everything is graded in stars.

for the elite teams, you accumulate points from winning matches, cups training callenges ect.

you then buy different things in the PES-shop such as teams, players, and different game modes

you need to get 1000 PES points and buy the teams in the shop (C.Argentina, C.Brazil,C. England, C. France, C.Germany, C.Holland, C.Italy)

Sorry, no euro or world elite this time

But I've unlocked everything except the elites and its really pissin me off! There must be these teams because there's two empty boxes just waiting to be filled. I might be in danger of having to get a life and go out instead of playing pro......................

When you win the championship in m.league mode you get a star on your teams shirt. What happens when it gets past six stars? Will an extreme mode be unlocked?

Anyone got any info on the ref's and their harshness etc?? Short of noting what they look like and how quick they are to book people, has anyone found anything out about them.

Cos I think some of them need some new specs, and a refresher guide to playing the advantage!

Shepard: When you win the ML Div 1 five times, you get one big star and then for the 6th win, you get an extra little star. I think that's how it goes.

humph: You could check out the pesfan PES3 guide as there is a section about what the refs are like - although someone says that what the guide says is totally wrong. Up to you I guess. Haven't seen the info anywhere else but it seems like the pesfan people just made it all up anyways.....

So I'm assuming when you win the league 10 times you'll have 2 big stars and so on and so on until you get 5 big stars after 25 league wins??
And then what? You unlock PES4?

Overall Guide to the ML?

I was wondering if anyone has compiled a guide to the ML discussing training, transfers, etc. I realize that there are a lot of threads on various message boards (which I do check) but it would be great if someone who has experience with PES2 and PES3 would put something together on a website. There seems to be a lot of contradictory info around about training for example. Cheers!
