august 4th release date i believe

August 5th ;)

And that list of teams in UNOFFICIAL. Nothing has been released by Konami yet reguarding teams other than there are going to be 138 ML teams. So any team lists released so far are just rumours.

I like that list of teams!

However, and biased opinion of course  , replace Preston with Sunderland who did manage the play offs this season, then it will be sorted.

well i doesn't hurt anyone to dream....eheh...but i think there should be much more south american teams instead of second division ones.....only from brazil there should be:corinthians, fluminense, flamengo,são caetano, vasco da gama,são paulo, palmeiras, cruzeiro,grémio and i can't remember any more famous one lolol but i guess there are more....and from argentina there should be: river, boca, san lorenzo, racing and velez i guess...anyway what i mean is that there should be much more south american teams in the game as well as stadiums....i also think that that is one of the weak points of pes3!!!!!!!!how can maracanã not be in the game?????it's a huge, beautiful and historical stadium.....also brazilian commentary would be orgasmatic!!!!lololol

This is a disappointing list. I hope this isn't totally true. Let me just bring your attention to some of the big sides that aren't there:

PORTSMOUTH - Premier league side, but Derby (nearly relegated to Div2) are there.

SOCHAUX, RENNES, NICE etc. - Where's half the French league? Its not that bad. Also Bordeaux has disappeared off the list. Spot the deliberate mistake.

VILLAREAL - Decent spanish side, Uefa cup semi-finalists.

SIENA - Good Serie A side.

CLUB BRUGES, PARTIZAN BELGRADE, LOKOMOTIV MOSKOW - all had decent Champions League campaigns.

AZ ALKMAAR - better than FC Twente surely.

In addition, how about Brondby, Fc Copenhagen, Rosenborg, Boavista, FC Basel? I guess i was hoping for the top leagues in full plus the best of the rest from Europe's smaller leagues. I dont see the point in leaving out these sides in favour of Preston, Livingston and Wisla Krakow.

P.S. Where is Ipswich on the DIV 1 list. We are always in play-offs.

i thought i would post the list to see what everyone else thinks.

That list has to be wrong. It´s so bad that it has to be wrong. I´m not crying yet,but i will ,if that list is correct. Please Konami: don´t do it... :D

I think that this list is a fake because the persons that tell this list is born in Poland and there is 3 teams Poland in this list........I not remember a team Poland in Champions League

i think that it would be a lot better if they first put all the premier league and all the first spanish league and also some of the french teams (they had a finalist in UEFA cup and another in CHAMPIONS LEAGUE) before putting division 2 teams (of any country).

LOL :D

Portuguese league is just a 3 way competition between Sporting, Benfica and Porto. At least in the French league there is more competition. I agree with bostero's idea about having the top leagues in full. I dont think the Portuguese league is a top league.

Actually it is 138 teams (I counted them :) ) which is how many teams are supposed to be in we8 so it's intersting if it is true.

Ezio

Aye but the guy obviously knows that there are going to be 138 teams in the game, and could easily have just made up 138 teams for his own list.

I highly doubt West Ham and other First Division sides will be in the game when 4 Premiership teams won't be... that just wouldn't make sense. It's the same case with the Spanish leagues - Rayo Vallecano and others from the Second Division are in while not all teams from the First are. Pointless.

With that many teams in the game, they should focus on having as many full leagues as possible. Maybe even forget about adding more spread teams like Dynamo Kiev, Anderlecht and Spartak Moscow. With 138 teams they should have at least 5 full leagues. How about La Liga, EPL, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1?

Why aren't Palermo in that list!? Forza Rosanero!

Because Palermo play in pink! ;)

Actually i agree 100% with what you've just said. If you could play real leagues then this game could lure away some FIFA diehards. Then again probably not.

The thing is: there wont be full leagues! The major league clubs will be 16 tops, and some other european and probably south american ones. I say this because they will not change the number of slots in the league mode, wich are 16,as we all know. This is amazing! We wont be able to play a 18 or 20 team reality like competition because there will be none...i bet on this!!!
We´ll all be, once again ,disappointed  I´m sure of it...

Gentlemen, may i draw your attention to this picture:

This shows a fixture list for the Master League (the handshakes are negotiation periods) and you can quite clearly see there are 30 matches to be played, 15 home and 15 away. Therefore this particular league has only 16 teams.

Therefore you are probably right raven9. Let's just hope you can do a 20 team league in the custom league mode.

Yes ,indeed! I hadn´t seen that yet ! Thanks !Really makes my point! ;)
I was hoping to be a little wrong... now i´m totally sure of it
Yes Jamez, let´s hope it´s possible to customize such a competition.I don´t think game options will differ a bit from what we are used to.Maybe naming Konami cup competitions... All this because they have a 16 club national league. ASSFuc****HOLES!!! I told you guys.I told you...
