I highly doubt West Ham and other First Division sides will be in the game when 4 Premiership teams won't be... that just wouldn't make sense. It's the same case with the Spanish leagues - Rayo Vallecano and others from the Second Division are in while not all teams from the First are. Pointless.

That's a good point and I thought about that after I posted. I didn't realize when I posted that the list had omited teams from the Prem and La Liga so it may be fake. Hopefully we will find out soon.

Still no Ghana!? Interesting to know that Basel are Swedish. Looks like there will be less teams than we hoped for too... they even removed Real Betis, Fenerbahce and Spartak Moscow. Actually that list is a nightmare, considering what I hoped for.

i agree, im expectin a lot more teams than this and of beta quality aswell..seems a bit suspcious basel r included under sweden wen there actually a swiss team!? :confused: i dont believe this, im rly hopin its true neway!

Meant to mention, that's not the final list, this is an early WE8 list, but it shows that a lot of teams have real names and there have of course been translating errors. Doesn't mean proper strips though.

wheres that pic from man? i just read there wud b 18 dutch teams and the dutch league to play.. how come theres only 3 dutch teams in this pic??

I think they're probably going to include more big teams from smaller leagues such as Bruge, CSKA Moscow, Besiktas, AEK Athens, Boavista, Wolfsburg e.t.c . ALthough Leeds and Celta Vigo have been relegated this season I still reckon they will be in the game because the developers can't be bothered to remove them.

because that pic is just a rumoured team list. A list someone has made thinking those teams will be in game.

The only thing we know so far is:

There's 138 ML teams
The full Dutch division, 18 teams, are fully licensed.

If they're including the entire dutch division then surely the whole premiership/serie a/la liga will be on there. i hope so anyway.

Dutch league being fully licensed fills me with great hopes of many more fully licensed teams. 3 Serie A teams were licensed last time, so I guess all Serie A teams of season 03/04 will be licensed this time.

Konami like to release info bit by bit. It keeps everyone guessing. Just the way they always seem to do it. Not like EA Sports who flood the net with screens for their new games which promise much and deliver little.
