fifa should stop making business with EA Sports and give the license to Konami to design the fully licensed official FIFA games... all Konami Programing with the Fifa licenses...

People that want Palmeiras in it obviously don't have a clue about Brazilian football, and therefore actually couldn't care less of Palmeiras are in the game or not.
Palmeiras have been relegated to the Brazilian Second Division. Therefore there is no point in them being in PES4.

I don't know if I'd be that bothered about South American teams. I'll watch a game on TV if I notice its on but if they haven't got the proper kits or real names and they aren't that recognisable which does happen with the less-famous football stars, I think I'll get bored of them quickly.
