Newcastle Pre-Stamford Bridge Tournament

The guys from the Newcastle PESLeague are looking to organise a tournament to take place sometime before the Stamford Bridge finals. Most likely it will be a saturday. There are a limited number of places. Entry fee would be £10, with a prize fund of £130 to be split between most likely the top 3 finishers. (£30 for the venue).

There will be 16 competitors, in groups of 4 probably and then knock out (Like Euro 2004 format).

I could be up for that. Can I ask a few questions though, what option file gets used, and could I get a copy of the data to check it out before the tournament? What is the process for picking teams? Club, national, ML, or random selection? Can you fix it so I can play/whip Dundons in the first round? ;)

My guess is that no option file at all will be loaded so it will be default - just like in the pesleague. You may or may not be able to load your formations from your mem card.
The rest of the settings will probably be the same as in the pesleague:

National teams only
10 minutes
5*
All form arrows for both teams on red/up
3 subs
Random time, weather, pitch and refs.
Each player can select their preferred camera view for one half - agree which to go first between yourselves.

Probably the group stage will have no extra time and the knockouts will have extra time. Not sure on silver/golden goals though. And you can't pause the game unless the ball is off the pitch or if it's a goal kick/ free kick.
brains will fill you in on anything I've missed.

Zygalski ,I'v scored a goal like the Henry one you got in your goal gallery.The one were he stops ,Dummies and lobs it with the other leg.I had rated that as ur best.

I only live down the road from Newcastle and transport is no bother. I won't be arranging transport for anyone else though. Sorry. I'll just be turning up more than likely. As far as being cocky goes, I can't help it! It's all in jest though. Trash talking is part of the game.
