I dont know how to do it all that I can say is that it has happened to me twice.much like the elusive drag back backheel pass the no look pass happens at random points in any given game here is how the senario played out.For the two times I did it and it was in to different games I was running in a straight line there were two of my players either side of me I held pass and a direcion to pass to one of the players my player looked at him went to pass with one foot and then with the other passed the ball in the opposite direction.At first I thought it was a glitch until I replayed the incident and you could clearley see it. it is hard to catch and does not happen that often I have been playing we9 for ages now and onley noticed it a feiw days ago so good luck trying to do it its a treat when it happens.

I did it with fabregas and recoba as for backing this up im sorry i cant but trust me i dont lie and i would not waste your time.you would have done it before it is hard to see.if i do it again i will save it then find out how to upload it but i dont know when that will be i have been playing hard all day passing the ball as often as i can and nothing.I think the right criteria has to be met the opposing players in the right place and your team mates in the right place and this is all down to chance.As for who can do it most players who have high skill would be the most likely candidates.
