No Slide Tackle

I have had Pro Evo 2008 for a few months with no problems, however recently I have been unable to slide tackle. I have the PC version so the key to use is "D" which works fine(I can type as many D's as I want) the cross/long ball, which is the attacking function for the same key works fine as well. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this it would be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance for any help.

I checked them all and made sure the Slide Tackle function hadn't been changed but no change. I have moticed that I can only slide tackle when I am not "Dashing" but I don't see how this has changed frombefor or how to change it back.

Weird if this happens after such a long time, but can't you only press 3 buttons at the time on a PC, or something like that?

Best option may just be to reinstall the game?

You're using the keyboard? Then the three-key-limit might be an issue with some models. Weird it didn't happen before, though. I don't think reinstalling the game will have any effect in that case.

Have you replaced your keyboard recently? Or changed its configuration from within Windows?

Up to a few years ago, when I still used mostly the keyboard, I used to keep an old one at hand, because it didn't have that issue. Now I own a brand new logitech which works like a charm. Perhaps you should try using someone else's keyboard first.
