noob question: making hard, low shots...

everytime I crank the power bar up to take a shot the ball goes over the net.
What's the trick to the keeping them low yet powerful?

Dont crank it up so high.
Also it matters on the position of the ball, it may take a little bobble which will make your foot kick the ball underneath and sky it. Its all about the ball in the right position and not to much power on the bar.

your power has to be 1/4 or a little more of the power bar

if running down the wing r1 and square hold it for bout a second
if its bounces back out off the box do the same but dont hold r1 just press square
for volleys just do the same as above you cant fail

also try pressing a direction buton on the d-pad for low or high shots down for low up for high obvioulsy

Pressing any buttons has no effect. It all depends on the players shot power and shot accuracy! The bobble on the ball also has effect, you can score from the edge of the centre circle if it's bobbling just right.
