OF's will be released.. but take some time and do some game updates yourself. At least then you can see the work it takes to update a whole world of football :)

Is Pategato and Goalgerd going to come out with a OF like they did for WE: 2007 and others??

I am willing to do a MLS optionfile withsomeone after some good option files get established!

Also i am sure Robbyeron will will come out with a quality Latin America one.


I wish there was a program for the new OF's to mix and choose which teams go where outside of thegame, like we could wtih the old PES editors.

so the Euro OF doesn't work? I guess I have to import it now, anyone know a good site online that will ship me the PAL version to NY?

There are plenty of good sites for that. Still think its silly to waste money buying it over there which costs more and ship it here simply to use a OF which you can create your own, and quiet possibly will have released here by someone.

thats dumb someone will release an option file i may even release mine as a base file tonite who knows it depends how i feel and how much i get done tonite lol its not gonna be an in depth one just the basics...im not doing transfers because im assuming 1.20 is coming out and im not wasting time transfering people if they are gonna transfer soon anyways

The option file for WE 2008 was perfectly fine it updated the kits and fixed some player faces what more do you want...who cares about the MLS its a glorified house leagu...kits/real names/actual rosters/and chants should be the complaint if there is one to be made about OF being made...and ppl complaining about 1.20 being released calm down play the game for a few days EU had to wait 3 weeks for it

I understand mate, and I agree... BUT there is no reason for the update to be out anywhere in the world and not to have it out here, its pretty simple stuff.

As for the people complaining about OF... I agree, with the PNG's and chant mp3s out there, take a few hours and make your own OF. That way the only perosn you can complain to is yourself. If you dont like something, change it.

there's already a chant thread and mp3's should not be effected from EU to USA so I'm pretty sure they should stay the same...some1 should check that out though....the OF this year if they are the same as last year I'll be happy more work may be required cause La Liga isn't licensed and Bayern is missing, but to ask for obscure teams is stupidity

nope you cant even choose them as a team let alone put the teams in the league with you...once again league b is pointless

I really dont think its a bad idea at all to import the game. Has anyone seen the OF featured on winning eleven blog? Over 90 different files in all and they are all top class. I have 2008 and there are hardly any good OF's out there for NTSC users. No offense to anyone but I highly doubt that anyone will come up with a OF like that in the foreseeable future... Plus it's indeed cheaper i'm seeing it for 31 euro plus 6 shipping and handling it comes out to about the same for a better experience...

It wont be a better experience... it will be the same. Minus online as your onlione experience will be worse, using European lobbys to have matches.. But I have a OF with 200+ files in all. All of which we can do here, they are just face shots.. and png for kits, which I already have, and willbe adding to the game starting tonight... Import if you want, but I did that last year and it wasnt worth it in the long run.

And with the replies here, we see we have a good base of NA users some of which are doing their own OF. now all we need is help from the rest of you lot and maybe the OF we have will be better. Or you can import and just complain nonstop that you have nothing here. Instead of just taking option files every year you could help make them... help the community out a bit.

works fine. we play Toronto to Montreal and it's always green and fluid. Mind you, everything else is shit being on beginner.

Well I think we are talking about USA to UK, not USA to Canada.. but you may be saying the same thing...

In the end, your chances of a fluid match are far better using the the North American version and playing people in your area.. and vice versa if you lived in Europe.
