I've seen from videos that PES12 has a lot more animations pitchside during games, from stewards milling about in front of the crowd, to cameramen panning to follow the action and managers in the technical area.

But has anyone seen/heard anything about animation of the subs, either on the bench or warming up (which would be amazing if you've just ordered a sub in the game plan screen, and then he's warming up prior to the next gap in play)

One of PES' strongest areas is the match realism, and the presentation (in terms of seeing players reactions and the celebrations etc)

Also will there be animated flags and banners in the crowd again?

subs warming up would be awesome... You could press a command to get them to warm up and then you could see them on the sideline warming up and stretching until you decide to put them in. I think it would add to realism, if you dont warm them up properly they could increase their chance of pulling something and getting hurt so you would have to plan ahead like a real life substitution.

Yes, this year the animation for the warming up players is going to be visible just like they were in the training mode last year. I read it somewhere a while ago ;)
