Off-Season Training

So, has any1 in here tried it .. i think its brilliant u get to sharpen up skills of really really reall old players lol

yes ive tried it but i think its kinda stupid even tho it sharpens players' skills up it takes ages to do each and every player in the team

lol yea but for my younger players it boosted the skills by a whole point starting from around 0 or 10 % !! good stuff

yeah same here...dnt get me wrong it works wonders with players it just takes a lota time thats all.....in my 1st season of ML i never knew what it was about so i neva used it for any of my players but now i know a lot about the master league except how to put my players up for sale,any ideas?

nope sry i dont know either... i just put the players that i dont want in trades, saves me sum money

klkl how do u put them in trades? thats the only part of ML i dnt fully understand....negotiating players etc...i know if u wanna release them its the top option when u click on the player.....u get some point for releasing players and it takes them of the salary bill at the end of season ....so if theres a high earner in the team best bet is to sell them(i dnt kno how to tho) or release them and get some cash(points lol)

to trade a player u first hafta find sum1 on another team ... then when u select them i think its the second option and it brings up a menu/list of the members on ur team ... choose whoever and pay the extra points ... should be easy to find

ok cheers.....what if i wanted to buy Wes Brown and i offered Sheva in exchange would i still have to pay Man Utd money or just pay the players salary?

btw im not even thinking of doing that im just using an example

im assuming u mean that sheva is better and therefore costs more points.. so, you would only pick up the players salary (wes brown is garbage btw. lol) in the game i mean

yeh i meant sheva is better ....yes i know hes crap in real life 2 lol...jkjk hes not tht bad.........
i was only using brown as an example ...he was the 1st average player tht popped into my ehad

when you put training in the master league menu you accually increase your playert stats or only in the offseason?
somebody explain me that please

off-season training is different than the training while the league operates... theres drills etc. and it boosts your players stats if u pass the drills

how do u purchase players that have retired such as Maldini? theres no freelance players or youngsters etc.

I've yet to purchase a retired player so i dunnno .. i'd like to know this too

I think it'll be crap if you can buy Pelé ,Mardona etc. it'll make it unrealistic

yah i noticed taht there isnt an option to turn off the cpu from buying them.. and now in my master league the calssic players are all over the place .. just wrong
