Offensive Names Used As Gamertags!

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anybody has come across any players using really offensive names as gamertags? And why is it that microsoft will not or does not take any action against them?
I played a guy today who had the gamertag - 'pakie killer'.The only reason i played him was to find out about the name and all he told me was it was something to do with his friend!
I can't believe that this guy has been allowed to use such an offensive name.Imagine it you replaced the word 'pakie' with the n- word!
