Sound bug doesn't happen in the full game so don't worry about it. Boots will be changed too.

But they should have put in the predators into the demo - good and free publicity, hey why not? Another great chance wasted by Nokami.

So i guess Beckham will have white boots in the full version cus the plain black ones just look cheap & nasty. I hope this stutter bug wont be in full version i mean its not so bad when ure in the middle of the pitch & it happens its just a bitch when u score cus u basicly miss the goal, i think konami will lose fans if the final realese has this stutter problem.

Been playing the demo now for hours upon hours and my first impressions are very good apart from a couple of minor niggles. The stutter being the main concern, I hope Konami correct this for the released version as it could hit them sales wise.

Best result so far is a 3-1 win...Owen, Heskey and Dyer with Crespo pulling one back at the end. First 10 games or so I couldn't get the ball, very hard game but then I guess it has to be for this league.

Well, I'm finding this demo very tricky, but have finally managed to score and it was the best goal I think I have ever scored in any version of PES!

Beckham kicked the ball to the top left corner of the pitch (sweet ball) which forced their goalie to come out and try and punch it away, as their goalie ran back, I managed to regain posession, and knocked it back towards Scholes who just outside the edge of the area (left of the goal) who somehow managed to knock it up in the air has he took the ball, and then smash a volley over the keeper (who was still just off his line) and into the net!

Great goal, and already I'm thinking that despite the obvious floors in the demo version, this game is going to be the best football sim ever! :)

Otherwise first impressions of PES3 demo.

The passing seems to look better to me, especially some of the passes which seem to curve much more than PES2 and therefore look more realistic.

Lobbed passes are also better, (um, L1 and triangle I think it is, do them so often it's instinctive now), these seem to work more than in PES2 with them often finding their target, so far this has bene the most rewarding part of the game for me (apart from my goal)

Also players seem to fight to get possession/keep possession more, a few times now one of my players has gone to ground and slid to make a pass before he got tackled, this makes for a better game IMHO

Commentary is generally better to (mostly. still some stupid lines!)

Anyway, first impressions are very positive (apart from that bloody stutter bug and the odd sound problems)

Got the demo today and the stutter bug is detestible! Anyway, dont you just hate that claudio Lopez! Scored a hatrick and i lost 0-3! I won the next 2 games with Beckham scoring a free kick and a owen header! Its a hard demo!

I got mine today from my local GAME store, in Grimsby. It is very good except I couldn't get a copy because my mate got the last one. I love it hen Brooking says, "The teams are touching eachother up" Or something along those lines. I loved playing it but I can't help thinking that the playewrs all have their heads squashed into their body and the whole thing looks more 'PES' than 'WE'. Or that might just be me.

a-ha!!!!!!!!!!!! Stil sounds a bit dodgy! Shame he doesn't say while they perform their quick sesion after celebrating a goal. Not sure if they do it on PES3.

You don't have to worry about this so called "stutter" bug.
We have the same demo here in Norway, but it is not for sale and can only be played in some of the game-shops. The "stutter-bug" is removed a long time ago in the real game, but it appears on the demo because the demo only represents selected parts of the full game. And that also means selected parts when it comes to gameplay quality ,etc. Not the whole graphic design is in the demo, that is because they don't see is at a promoting demo. The promoting demo's will come in some playstation2 magazines for the upcoming weeks. The "stutter" bug doesn't appear just because of lack of the full graphic design, but also because of the fact that the demos contain so little as possible of everything in the game, so that the demo's should be as cheap and fast as possible to make.
And that's a fact, I can assure you!
In the big gameshops here in Norway they have posters assuring that this is ONLY a demo, and that the errors appearing in the demo won't appear in the full game.

And by the way, the reason that KONAMI haven't put so much effort and work in this demo is because it wasn't their idea to do this demo (it wasn't last year either), it was more as a favour for some game-shops, especially GAME in the UK (because of the tournament). You can probably pick up a good demo in some magazine in the end of next week, and this will be a demo to tempt the crowd.

I hope your right, cause I find it unresponsive, the passing, shooting, crossing and heading is off, no pace in the controllable players and is totally bug ridden, still gonna get it though in the hopes that it gets sorted

Thanks ale nesta, that is great news. It may be a good idea to open a new thread containing the info you just shared with us.

how do you know all this?

I work at Spaceworld, the biggest game-shop in Norway. I'm in charge of ordering games..etc... and there is also I who get contacted by the suppliers and producers of games. And as you all can see, I'm a big fan of the PES-series, so I also contact the suppliers and producers (KONAMI) a little bit more than I have to regarding the PES-games and in this occasion about PES3.

I got the info about the demo and about it's lack of a couple of stuff as said earlier, and particularly about the "stuttering bug".
(The info I got is mentioned in an earlier post in this thread).

And to Zygalski, you have my permission to post the information I gave in this thread earlier in an own thread if you feel that is necessary.

By the way, I got the information about this demo and it's errors when I recieved the demo from our supplier. So the first thing we did in our store (and I've been told it's done in all Spaceworld stores in Norway) was to put up posters and information about the demo's lacks and errors, and that it all will be fixed in the official full release of PES3 which is set to hit the stores on october 17th.

And I must say that I think it's really sad and poor if the big game-shops (such as GAME) haven't given information about this (errors and lacks) such as we have done here in Norway. That is bad for KONAMI, GAME and PES3, who will lose sales, which sp absolutely not is the intention with this demo!!!!

By the way, I will not be ordering PES3 from the UK after all. Because earlier it was said that the game will not come to our store here in Norway before the morning on october 17th, but when I got a call from our supplier today I was told that we will have the game in stock on october 15th. We can't sell it before the 17th, but I can take it home because I'm an emplyee. It will cost me more to buy it from our store because the prices in the UK and Norway are very different (much cheaper in the UK), but when I can get it two days earlier it's definitely worth it!!!!:)

Thanks for all that ale.
I think it would be better for you to open a new thread (people are sick of me posting all the time.....). Just copy all this into there.
I'm sure everyone would be interested in this.
