Magazine Review
I've just gone to the shops and got the OP2M and have already read the review.. I gots to say i am excited by what they've said.. they've pretty much confirmed what everyone has said on the first impressions thread.. the change of passing and shooting system somehow makes it harder but more enjoyable.
I think the OP2M review has been done based on the football games out for the ps2 and with that in mind i think very much the PES5 game will be the purists choice and not one of those with the idea of picking it up instantly and playing. I'll still make my own judgement but i'll do so in a few weeks.
Konami should move onto total football and not stick with what they've got.. don't get me wrong i probably will be frustrated when first playing PES5 but it'll be a new challenge and well worth the £30-£40 i shell out in getting it.. its one of a few games thats worth the purchase on the ps2.

Maybe Castello is on the bench mate.. like i said the pic in the mag only shows first 11 against Spartak Moscow.. Castello was only 29 on the PES4 wasn't he? Or was he 26?

I could not agree more with the review it's absolutely brilliant, I hope it teaches people to understand that you CAN adjust to the new gameplay.
They could have gone the other way like a few "fans" have done and had a cry, but they've stood strong and pointed out how great it actually is.
