Can't Transfer Players in Master League (japanese writing)

I am still having problems transfering players. Although I can transfer players for exhibition matches the changes I have made do not take effect in the master league which is what I am trying to do. Do you have any advice for transfering players inside a master league based on the points system. Step by step if possible. Seems I can highlight players and move them about to different screens etc but cannot place them into my club team. I am trying to transfer a player from Arsenal to Man City. Also, can I transfer anytime or are their transfer deadlines limits etc. Cheers!

In ML, I believe you have to wait until the end of the first season before you can make transfers. You definitely have to wait until the end of the first season but I'm not sure about the following seasons.


I'm guessing Robbie Fowler missed a few penalties.
Here's some advice! If you are playing as Wales, try as much as possible to win the match before it goes to penalties or they will miss the goal with most of their attempts and leave you wondering what happened. And then Rebus will take the Micky later on..... :D

Hear this, Robbie fowler 1:1 with the goalkeeper and he rounds him superbly, i tap the shoot button and it goes wide. He was steady and composed and i dont know what happened. i was playing against man utd just for a mess about and it went to penalties because of that. Upsteps fowler, he shoots.....

Oh it goes well wide of the mark. And his arrow was red!

easy jag, actually boots and balls can be imported now, its just that nobody has really been working on it....

Noted that WE7 started playing the advantage rule. It is indeed a great addition. However I would prefer to see the ref waving his hands to play on instead of being shown a symbol which can be quite distracting at times. As in all WE series, we never get to see the ref unless during "carding". Would it not be great to see the ref on the pitch. It will definitely make the game evem more realistic.
It will be also fun to see the ref being hit by the ball ,accidentally as in real life. Mind you, sometimes an unitentional deflection by the ref can change the course of the game.

cadburyho, surely having to keep an eye on the ref all the time would be more distracting than a bright yellow flag which appears for 2 seconds which you don't need to look at as you can notice it in your peripheral vision?

can edited defalt players be changed once in the master league? i mean once a edited player was in your team in pes2 u had to sell him and buy the newer version with any edits u had made

I saw some new screenshots of WE 7. I saw the kits of the netherlands, but i think they look bad and they are not the right one. So can you edit the kits of the national teams, or not?
