The stats don't need to be improved, but for appearnce I can't help you, Im no good at that. I can do stepovers though :)

His weaker foot accuracy needs improving for sure. He's only 4 and I didn't know he was left footed until someone told me as he scores with his right foot from free-kicks sometimes....well he did last season anyway.
Also his shot accuracy wants decreasing but his shot technique/power wants to go up or atleast thats something that I changed as he does sometimes pull off unbelievably powerful shots from awkward positions but most of the time go wide.
