Well i'm gonna check on the game to see what teams are best but here is a rough guess for now

Seed 1
Holland France Italy England

Seed 2
Germany Spain Portugal Belguim

Seed3/4
Czech Sweden Denmark Ukraine Turkey Norway

I still need 2 more teams for seeds 3 and 4 so when i've got them, i'll update them.

do u think that ukraine will be a 3rd or 4th seed, i would think they would be a 3rd seed because they have good stats on the game. it would be close though

It would be, i'll have to see who else picks teams, as there arestill some decent teams left like Croatia and Yugoslavia. The groups for the euro cup are gonna be alot better than the world cup as there are less teams but they are all quality sides!
