Online Play Error on PES 2008

Hey guys,I have the PC version for PES 2008. I managed to login to the network, but an error occured when I select the Player File...why is it so? Anyone experienced this error?

I have not been able to play online due to dat. If there are any solutions, please hit me back. Cheers

P.S - Firewalls and ports are all OK.

I think your problem is that you can't go online untill 00.00 tonight when the game is officially released, hope that helped mate.

no thats wrong it works online try and register again or you might need port forwarding on you router.

Been reading in other forums where some ppl are saying they experience it too. Probably down to heavy maintenance or too many ppl logging in. Anyone else in this forum experiences it?

Help Port Numbers / Online Problem

Hi Dane_cool and anyone else who reads this.

I am having trouble getting the game to go online. When i select network it just says ab error has occured.

I had the same problem with pes6, but it told you what port numbers to open.

Can someone tell me if this uses the same port number 5730 / UDP ?

Why do Konami always make it so hard never have this trouble with any other game.

Please somebody help me, i'll let you beat me online if i ever get there

Yes, the 5730 is the port. I think at the moment it's just maintenance, let's all just be patient for a week for Konami to get it right. Well, at least it gives me much more time to build my master league team:laugh:
