Allow threads in the "Site Suggestions and Service Forum" to appear only after they have been approved by an admin. Thus there would be less spam and newbies won't be able to create pes editing threads there.:)

Something unique would obviously be good but if we had an influx of new active members that would be good. At PESFan and Evo-Web, there are lots of active members that have joined this year. We can try find a way to attract these/other new members here. The site will be more active. I'm sure lots of PESFan members would rather post in our off-topic section rather than their Red Lion.

Too many members isn't good but too little members isn't good too.

It'll just encourage more off-topic conversation in threads. Admins should be more strict on people fucking up decent threads though.
