Option File Building

I'm just wondering how kits are imported into Option Files?

Also, can national teams be replaced?

I've got a good base for an OF and am thinking of trying to make a British based OF using the top two English leagues, pehaps more, Scottish teams, Northern Ireland and League of Wales teams as a base. I will then add the best teams from Europe as the other teams includings Italians, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Belgian, Dutch, Turkey etc.

How are kits imported and linked into an OF then?

I have a base but want to change some teams etc.

national team can't be replaced but i have an option file for ps2
with all correct national/club teams kits/badges
