Option File Conversion Request (PS2 -> PSP)

Anyone having both formats of the game, PS2 and PSP, could they please convert the following option file to the PSP format? I don't have a max drive so the PSP is the only option through which I could transfer the file to my PS2. I'll be really grateful.
