Is there anyone who could help me out with this option file crap for the 360? Do i need a memory card like a USB one that can be used on the PC and 360 or what....!!!

You can not simply use a USB flash drive like ps3 due to stupid microsoft restrictions. However you need to buy one of these devices, very pricey but your left with little alternative.

I think you attach a docking station to your pc and then insert your hard rive on to that (sounds a bit rude i know) and use some software to transfer the option file on to the HDD then put HDD back on to 360.
Their is also this device but apparently its a bit more trickier if i remember rightly.
Research more into them both im sure a quick search of the forums will bring you a bunch of info on these methods.
