Option File not working on PS3. HELP!

i followed the pics in the tutorial and copied all the files from my USB onto the PS3 and then went on to start the game as it was instruced. When the game loads none of the files have been added and i end up with the same game as before. i repeated the process 3-4 times and still got nothing. i followed each instuction and i made sure of not messing up.

i need help on how to fix this and make it work. this is my first experience with patches and option files. some help or guidance would be much appreciaed.

yeah i think that was the problem. thanks alot.
i also wanted to request for the best US option file (PS3), as this one is just 'ok'. if anyone knows any better ones please post a link.
