Option File We7 Int (jap) Help Please

does anyone know which is the best option file to download via xport for WE7:Int (jap). the version i have is patched with the latest euro 2004 patch from JB? possiblly even provide a link to where i can download it.

if this is already created i apologise but i could not see it
