rapidshare is a site that allows the common person to upload and share files...

if you want a premium account where you don't have any waiting period between downloads, then yes, you have to pay.

if you're just downloading because you just want stuff, then you don't have to pay, however there is a waiting period... i think you wait a minute per every mb you download...
