Option Files Question (New to PES)

:) Hi guys i have a question about the Option Files, i am getting PES 2009 for PS3 today and i was very excited that there is such a thing as the option files. My question is: Is there a fused together Option File which has all the updates, or do i have to download like 6 different update packs to get everything? Also, can i download and make the newest update work if i have not downloaded all the previous updates?
