Its there any decent option files (.max) around which has real boots (not in game made boots, but like air zoom 90s and preditor absolutes like in a bootpack) and 3d kits? (not in-game 2d made kits)

All option files can only contain boots made ingame. To get new boots you would have to patch your game an import the boot graphics.

If you mean is there an option file that gives you an option of a home kit, away kit and a 3rd kit then the answer is no.

If you want these '3rd kits' they would have to be in place of the away kit.

no i mean is there an option file with perfect kits on- NOT NEAR PERFECT,- perfect!!!

I've struggled to find one so far

Of course you can get perfect kits. Simply get one of the patches for your game from the relevent section of File Downloads. The kits in a patch are virtually perfect - as much as paintshop/photoshop allows and most look better than the default licenced kits.

You cannot get patched kits onto an option file so you need to go and read the guide to patching your game to find out how to do it. Option files only contain kits as well made as possible using the ingame edit mode.
