If u get A Hard Drive for ur PS2 u wont need a DVD Burner to update the game with new patches.

No idea, so can you give more info on this?

And does this render memory cards useless too?

u have a lot to learn

All of my games (well the ones i play alot) are stored on a HDD(120GB). which means i dnt ned to be changing disks on the time wen i want to play something else, bcos there on the hdd. good thng bout this is:

1. Loading is much faster

2. No changing disks (as i said above)

3. disks (games) are safe frm scratches cos u aint using dem

4. Patching games are easier (somethng i just realized)

And Yes u still have to use memory cards.

That sounds sweet, so how does the patching work for them (don't use technical speak as I have never patched in my life)

And where might I buy one of these hard drives?

theres a software that i use to add and remove games frm my HDD on ma pc, it turns out it can also be used to patch games aswell. so dat saves me money on dvds.

I ordered it yesterday from yes-asia.
It shipped this morning according to the e-mail they sent me.
Cost - $59.99 which is about £33.00

No delivery charge and no tax surcharges. Sounds good to me!

Where does the 'extra' charge get applied then?
My on-line credit card statement shows that I have been charged £34.53 for the game.
