At Playasia.com, the Japanese version of Winning Eleven seems to be Region Locked if you look on their Region Free list, but if you look at the Asia version of Winning Eleven X it says that it is waiting to be tested for both the PAL & NSTC-USA version, and it comes out today (December 13th) over there. just letting people know and see if anyone has any other type of info about this.
