Patch the kits?

I have found some kits in pes insight editing page.
how can i put them in the pes3 ps2 game.

Also if anyone knows about this can he tell me if there is any model in .md3 format to open it with MilkShape 3D and see if the kit is OK.

You can pu them in PES3 by wepicturedecoder and AFSexplorer.
