There's not much point in repeatedly asking for new patch info. Either check yourself at evo-web or the wedoit/wendetta etc sites or you'll find out here very soon after there is new info.

A rip version? maybe... but I don't bet on it... I did record mine in one DVD-R ... 3.2 Gb...

Certain combinations of chips and ps2's (depending on versions). So it is possible but I don't know which versions and which chips.

I used the RedHot v2.1 patch, its ok, I really disapointed that not all the menus are translated, they do seem to have all the player/team names right and have also change the club badges..... Shame about the menus though.

This is still the best patch I have come across, but cant wait for the super all in 'Grandady' of patches to come out...... hopefully will be sometime soon.

My X-port should be ariving today also, so then I will have it updated with the latest transfers (beckham at real etc...) so that should keep me happy till the Super patch is out.

You do know that when you apply X-port patches they take on setting from whichever patch they came from...in this case most noticable the menus, so you might have an english translation patched on the cd but with the option file made on a pure japanese image the menus will be in japanese. A little interesting/useful fact ;)

Just for a reference: The slide card doesnt support cdrw! Tried it and doesnt work, Just makes a re-curring screw up noise.

Mike, I believe that if there is a translation patch being used, then the menus will be in English (those that were done in the patch anyway). The option file alters the players, club details and things like match settings.

I think it depends which translation patch is used in the first place...have you tried the evo-web option file? I have mainly supapuffy translation mixed with some korean, but when I use the option file the formation menus are in japanese. please explain...

EDIT...ok now my cd is corrupt.

I think I’ve narrowed it down to my own hex editing, apologises

i was reading info about we7 and it says that the players get energy drink during like freekicks and inj's, i also read that the fans riot and when a player gets injerd he gets treatment is any of this true. none of it has happend when i have played

yeah i read that too but i havent seen the players recieve an energy boost or drink water during the match. the stretchers come on at a serious energy and water can only be seen in penalty shootouts.
