Patching WE8...

hi . . i have the dvd rip of WE8 and is about 800mb in size.......when i apply the patch is then increases to about 2gb!

Try burning with nero, doesn't let me as it says that the disc required is a CD-R and not a DVD disc.....also when i try with Cdrwin, it says that it can't find any cd writers!

Am i applying the patch correctly first of all? im doing everythin it says in teh text file on this site about patching games.

The patch is for the DVD version.

yeah i mentioned that i do have the DVD rip . ..

And I mentioned that the patch is for the full DVD version

basically u cant use a Patch for a DVDrip if the patch has been solely made for the Full Unriped Version.

There are CDR rip patches about so check out evo web.
