Can anyone recommend the best pc gamepads which would work well for PES4?

your better off getting a Ps2 pad and an adapter for it. Search "ps2 adapter" on these forums and somtin shud come up

I use a PS2 pdual action rumble with adaptor and it works perfect, but i suggest you Logithech Dual Action pad, 'cause it's exactly the same as the PS2 (identical layout, two indipendent analog sticks) and it's 10€ cheaper than the PS2+adaptor combo.

The Logitech doesn't feel as nice as the PS2 gamepads though and I find the direction buttons on the PS2 pad easier to use than the D controller on the Logitech. I bought the Logitech and quickly decided to buy two PS2 pads and an adapter instead. Much better to have the real thing with the real symbols on buttons!

I've got 1 and the only problem is that it takes trial and error 2 make the control work properly. And also will PES4 ever b out this year

f*ck! i now got an adapter like the one you ppl mentioned, only it isn't the play.com one because i don't have a credit card. i use it with a hipgear ps2 controller, ok not orginal but the controller works perfectely in it's setup program, but do you think it works in pes4? or even fifa 2005, NO.
and someone just said the game works fine, this is not fine, do you have to have a credit card or live in uk to play the game?

Well i kinda got i heads up on xbox live, I always used my xbox pad to play PES3 pc version. My advice, get an adapter and an xbox pad
