PC or PS2

i really wanna patch my game but finding it hard on ps2 is this easier on pc

very easy on the pc to patch

also to play apatched game on u ps2 you need it chipped

do you still need to patch the cd or just the files on the pc
can transfer over my save games and ooption file form my ps2 and will they work

dunno about transferring ps2 files, but pc version is better if you want to edit and patch, no need change the files on the dvd just files that were installed on the hard disk and if you got a usb adatper and a ps2 pad it plays exactly the same
