I do have a problem now though. When I play any games the players names. position above their head and scores dont come up its just a white box. Help please

Hi everyone. im from Vietnam and not really good at English. Dido, can u explain to me what is the fourth step, back up and replace those two files with the ones given, please? back up means i have to copy and paste it to another directories, and if any problems occur during installation, i can put it back where it was? because im using original version, so im pretty lazy to uninstall and install pes 2009 over again when problem occurs. Last time i had to do it... any help would be appreciated. thx
