Hey SMoKE, just registered to say that am a big fan of you guys and cant wait for your next patch...

...btw when are you releasing the full transfer patch?

you guys are doing a great job! and can you put some crap teams from asia like BANGLADESH and also get eric cantona available again in the legends team xD

Is It Possible for you to add along with the already present ALL STARS teams in exibition mode, the remaining classic ones along with those other world selections like the ones present for friendly games in the end of Master league games ? I mean, Add classic all stars and present allstars teams.

actually we cant add any more teams, we are already at maximum (no other patch have this number of teams)

there is a lot of ideas we get, but for PES2009 this will be the formula that will satisfy almost all users,

the 1.7 will be out before the end of the month, it will be our byebye to PES2009

if you mean files in cv06 yes, this matter is one of the things that is approached in the 1.7

yes, the in-game register player have issues for some of the teams, i do recommend using external utility (pes2009 editor) easy to use and fun too

(those are the extra team slots we've added to the exe)

Yeah, i Thoght about using external editor, but when i transfer players in the game through "resgiter player" is to go "on safe", i know that this is the only thing that going to be changed.
when you save through editor, there so many things you can change, that even if you just make some transfers, after i'm saving the new Option File, i allways got a feeling that it will be with other changes that i don't really know about them, in other words, bugs or stuff..

i agree, missing up with the things in the editors could be harmful to your option file, but if it is only to make drag and drop transfers without missing with other stuff u should be fine, transfer then save, you can always make a backup of the option file.

i do strongly recommend (PES2009 editor)

the patch 1.7 will be out before the end of this month, it will be monsterly updated.

actually we have done a lot of types for emblems, one of them are so called glass or gloss, but the choice was made in the 1.5 to unify all emblems with same type, its simple easy to use and looks good on all emblems.

Im new at this forum and im having a problem with the commentary it starts off ok but whilst im playing any game like become a legend the commentary just keeps looping until i score a goal and then stops but just keeps coming back every couple of minutes is this to do with the cs0d file in the img folder?
would be awesome if you can help out its been bugging me for months

if the problem started after installing the patch it means that your PC couldn't load the surround system files in cv0d.img (the folder in kitserver), usualy it means something is missing in your system, if you couldnt know what is it u can delete that folder and skip the new chants.

if the problem is already happening to you even before installing the patch it means you have a bad copy or bad installation of PES, download a new copy or get a healthy cv0d img file from a friend and copy it in the img folder of pes (not kitserver)

hey dido, is it possible that you do something on the next patch to speed up the attribute exp on a Be a legend mode so the player levels faster. its cos i started the mode with 1.5 patch and then started again with 1.6 and its getting boring with the slow developments.

Help ME or advise me on how my player will develop fast. also young players like danny welbeck and bojan develop very fast and they dont even play first team for their clubs xD HELP...

and on the next patch try n fix macheda's face from man utd please he looks too ordinary and computerised .... nothing like the real person.

about the BAL mode, i do not recommend you doin that (i tried it) but the game play will be boring because u will be way too strong at your 20YO, it is better to play with konami default settings, however, if you wanna try it find a program named (pro evu editiong studio) inside it there is a BAL editor, u can edit your save with it.

most faces will be updated.

I formatted my computer and when I re-installed the game I tried (super patch 2.0)
however , I removed it (not uninstall cause there is no such thing for it) and tried your patch and it didn't work , I got everything messed up , I uninstalled the game and tried again and nothing changes , I guess some files from super patch are still in the system !
when I start the game , at the main menu it says :
"Applying the downloaded content"then
[Edit Data] Do you wish to overwrite this data ? Yes/No (either ways it's the same outcome)
It didn't do so when I first downloaded the patch
can this be fixed [I mean do u know where are the old patch files might be (if it is really the problem) so I can delete them . or anything you might help me with] or do I have to format ??

hi,
the "Applying the downloaded content" massage means that you have something either downloaded from the game or copied from previous patch, it is usually located somewhere in a download folder in application date in the documents, will be better if you locate that folder and delete it, even if you uninstall the game that downloaded files will still be there. what it does is overwriting the option file in the documents and miss up the patch, after u delete it follow normal patch install instructions and everything will be as smooth as silk.

just wondering (the idea crossed my mind when I put my option file) I'm using your patch 1.5 so if I decide to go for the next one like 1.6 or 1.7 how do I restore my option file along with everything new in yours ? Is that possible ?

for the future (PES 2010) when u make a patch 1.1 and then 1.2 why don't u make an update version for the users that already use your previous patch (like if I use 1.1 and then you release 1.2 you release an 1.2 update to 1.1) , it would save us time since it would be much smaller in size !

by the way , when is 1.7 coming ?

about the OF, half of the editing is done on the option file, adding players, modifying relinking faces or banners or anything else touches the OF in a way or another thats why there will be always a new one with each patch (or update).

we do make updates for all our patches, like the one you are using there is a 1.5.1 which you install on the 1.5, the latest is the 1.6.1 which you have to install over the 1.6 and so on..

the 1.7 is goin to be the ultimatum, everything is revised carefully specially the matters that caused crashes in the past, all teams are revised player by player,,,, it is taking time but it is probably the last patch we will release for PES2009 so it should be as perfect as could be...
