PC PES2009 football Speed !!!

Have anyone noticed something I already noticed in PES2009 for PC ? (by the way,not only in 2009 also in 2008 and maybe some other PES series !!)

Using the :
Same PC
Same OS
Same Hardware
Same graphic card
Same teams !!!!!!!!!
Same stadium
Same weather
Same Ball
Same stats and (arrows for the players)

ALL ALL same
Same ALL ALL

Sometimes the play is really fast and dynamic and sometimes NOT (awful and slow..even let you think to quit playing and find some other game to play...)!!??

What do you think the reason ??

I do not experience this problem. Although I play a lot of online matches so I kinda forgot what the real speed is, online is slower of course, gives you more time to think .

Maybe team conditions? Weather effects? THEY ALL DETERMINE THE SPEED AND FLOW OF THE GAME.
