PC: Should I wait for patches or refund?

Hi. I have bought pes 16 through steam and Im quite disappointed. I dont mind graphics, they are ok to me, I dont need next gen. Only thing I value is gameplay. What I find most terrible are goalkeepers and defence. Every shot I or AI or real opponent makes from inside box (and also some distance outside) is guaranteed goal. It makes me sad to watch those videos showcasing how keeper's AI was updated and then see absolute oposite in the game. Also attackers are so overpowered. Three defenders on one attacker and still they can't stop him. Everything else is fine by me, but those two things just breaks the game for me.

So my question is: should I wait for patches of PC version and hopefully those problems will be solved or should I go straight to refund?

Ok, sometimes it's miss left or right. :) But when it goes inside three posts, it's pretty much it. AI for example (I played only three matches online with scores 8:2, 6:6 and 7:5 - is this a handball?), always chooses low shot into far corner and it's always goal. Keeper starts to react the moment ball crosses the line.
