pes 2008 kit edit xbox live

Hi, ive heard rumours about people being banned from xbox live for using scanned images of official premiership kits....I just want to know if this rumour is true because i want to scan some kit images onto my pes 2008 teams using my xbox camera but at the same time i dont want banning from xbox live....thanks in advance.

P.S..... am i correct in saying 'an xbox live game will default to the default kits and not my scanned ones' ?

Do you mean when playing PES 2008 on Xbox Live, or Just any games on XBL, as i've played Halo on XBL & havn't been banned.

sorry, i mean playing pes 2008 on xbox live after ive edited my own kits using my camera

its probably not true becuase sacnning kits doesnt have anything to do with xbox live

i have had no trouble with live since i edieted the kits, also, when u go online the edit data isnt taken through anyway.
