PES 2008 patch on xbox 360 help plz

Hi all i am wanting to install a patch on to my xbox 360 version of PES 2008, i don't have an xsata or anything like that or a memory card. All i do have is a hard drive.
All i was wondering is, is there anyway i can put the patch / update onto the game like this?

And also will the update work if i download it and burn onto a disk and then put into 360?
Any help would be greatly appreciated cheers.

you need a modded xbox360 nothing else will work

apparently u need an 360 memory card usb converter so u can go from ur comp adn put the files on ur xbox 360 memory card. where do u get one of those converters from

1. get your xbox360 flashed
2. make a rip of your pes2008 or dl the iso
3. download the patch
4. insert the patch into the pes2008 iso with game graphic studio
5. burn the iso with imgburn with verbatim dl
6. play the game with kits/numbers/letters/boots/addboards/pitches = the way it was supposed to look
