PES 2008 ps3 update

i tried to download the 1.1 update but it doesnt get any progress so i found the file on a website and have it on my pc but i was wondering if anyone knows how i can transfer that file to my ps3?

to transfer it u just put th file on a memory stick then plug it into ur ps3 then press triangle on the files and pick copy
it shud copy to ur ps3 then wen u start up pro ev it will all b dun

Thats what i want 2 no ... i really want the proper kits and that ... it frustrates how they only got tottenham and newcastle kits ... i dnt get it :S
