ive been playing the new pes demo for over a week now and im very dissapointed!!
i think the referees are awful, the goalkeepers are awful, team mate AI is awful compared to the com, im not one for bashing pes even after last years,but konami have had a year to make a good title for next gen an we get this s**t,

yes should of posted in the demo thread my bad,i will make my judgemets from the final game coz as a loyal pes fan i will still buy the game as i have done since iss on the snes, konami have fixed alot of things from last year (ie,edit mode,become a legend and hopefully online) but put in little things that can ruin the game

the gameplay is supposed to be the same according to WENB who have the game already, the thing that is different is the graphics apparently, the are sharper and crisper in the final game

good news about the graphics being better but i dont think that the graphics are the problem,example of whats bugging me with the game, was playing a match l'pool vs man u ronaldo crossed a ball in low from the wing,should of been bread an butter for reina but he spilled the ball and it was going out for a corner but for some reason the AI controlled player on the back post slid right through the back of scholes giving away a penalty and a straight red , i didnt even press any buttons as the ball was going out for a corner!!!

i do use tactics and stratergy while playing but its the off the ball running,your wingers and strikers run straight at you instead of running into the space ,but for me its still the keepers i cant get over how bad they are they cost me so many goals

why are people judging the demo and i think that maybe people should wait for the main release date....

i have spoken to two people who claim they have the game and they say it's the best ever which i think it is going to be but wait till friday now guy's if you dont like the demo then dont buy the main game....

It's only a demo, the full game will be better. If your thinking about getting fifa instead, first read the posts on the fifa forum. I think you will stick with pro evo.:):)

you raised lots of valid poiints. deep down, everyone agrees with them but i think we're all hopeful the final version of the game has them fixed.

btw nice use of video evidence. how anyone can defend the goalkeepers in the demo is beyond me.

its a forum, i should be able to have a say without people shouting abuse, its all a matter of opinion and from the demo thats what i think of the game

i did stick with 08 and never said anything bad about coz i was konami's first effort on next gen, was just hoping for more this time round, think i will hire the game first and hopefully they have sorted what needs sorting
