Hi Folks,
Have you already seen the new screens from the test versions of fifa09 and pes09?
Under the links you’ll find great pictures. After you’ve looked at this screens it should be obvious, which game will win the football game war!
You should defenitly have a look at this. There are huge screenshot galleries.
This site has already one of the first FIFA09 tests. The game got a unbelievable good rating for me as a pes fan ;).

to be fair, the graphics make very little difference to me when deciding what the better game is, im just interested in how the games play. That being said, I'm sure PES will, as always, be better than FIFA

to be honest, from the PES09 / FIFA 09 comparison the only face I think looks better on PES than FIFA is Ronaldo's...

fifa is like arcade and pes is technical.

Of course you like Pes better you all have your heads up each others arses. I have bought FIFa and Pes every year and PEs was leaughable last year. Fifa has taken over Pes. IM sorry to say I use to love Pes but FIFa is now a lot better.

So if someone likes PES they have their head up their arse but if they like FIFA they don't? That's unbiased reasoning isn't it?

Just because PES 2008 was bad, does that mean PES 2009 is going to be? By that logic FIFA was bad in 2007 (and 2008) so will be shit this year. The FIFA 09 demo was epic fail.

Yeah the FIFA09 demo was an epic fail, the fifa fanboys complained a hell of a lot on the FIFA forums. Can't we ban this (fifa09) dude from the site, he is clearly here only to piss everybody off.

Personally I think if u love FIFA then u aint a proper football fan! PES is a true football simulation! and u can feel this is the gameplay! fifa feels asif u don't have total control over the player and football! not only the physics but the look of the players, stadiums are not to the standard of the PES series! fifa does have good things about it such as the game content and licenses! but thats it!

Fifa certainly has it strengths, but when i play fifa it is so clear that it was made by a couple of rich boys, all gloss and no substance. Just look at all EA's games, Madden, NBA etc. They all lack depth, and the sad thing is, EA competes in most sports, but in each sport there is or was a better game.

PES > FIFA
NBA2K > NBA LIVE
NFL2K(when it existed before EA bought exclusive rights) > MADDEN
