Something is not right with that video. I've played the same team/player(s) and I can't get the ball that high up but can get it to go that far in the air using "long pass" which is the O button. There is a mod available that lets you change the attributes of a player. Were any of the players modified?

you have to be in your own half. my mate has scored 4 goals in just over a half doing this. Once u master it, its pretty easy

lol theirs no mod.

It's nothing for anyone to master, it's the player attributes that allow this. As I've said before, playing the same team I can get the ball to go that far but I don't get the amount of altitude, lift or height (whatever you want to call it) as seen in that video. So I ask if you or your friend modified any of the player's attributes?

It's me thats doing it. Press R2 while the power bar is up. If the player steps over the half way line even at the last second the keeper will save it. Players with long pass speed and accuracy are best to do it with.

Thought I'd expose it because itll ruin the game if people are doing it online.

Ok, I tried it a few times and I am not getting the same result.
Regardless of what controller one can use it's basically using the button that controls long passing + special control button. That's what gives the ball a little extra lift in altitude (from what I can tell). You can also use that combination to curl the ball on the run except you use the left thumbstick (which controls your player's movement) to direct the ball's trajectory after it's been kicked.



What program do you use to edit/combine different videos to make one video with?

Play the ball about at ur defenders first and let their attackers come to u. That way their keeper will come out as far as he possible. Then pass it out of defence, give it to Stevie G and try it. Gerrard is the easiest to do it with, but if u look on youtube a few people have been doing it with other players like Park and scholes

Did that already, same effect. I am not able to get the GK to become "asleep" as you kick the ball pass him. He reacts to any kick that comes his way.

thats the goals ive scored with doing it. its REALLY easy to do and REALLY annoying. I'm gutted this can be done tbh, people will be doing it willy nilly online. Whoever says thats not a bug deserves to be shot. Look at Saar's. It is funny but imagine he does than irl

Im confident that either
A) Will be fixed for final release
B) Konami will release a patch to sort it

That's odd, many claims are being made but I've provided a few videos showing that it doesn't happen on my end.
