PES 2009 questions

Hi all, got a few questions if you could answer them for me. I haven't been able to find any details of what I wanted. As I haven't owned a PES game since the 2nd or 3rd game on the PS2. So its been a while. :shocking:

But here's the questions I had if you could be so kind as to answer them, as I am sick of FIFA to be fair and want to switch over.

1. How many official leagues/teams will there be in the 2009 game?
2. Does the game feature the lower leagues, eg. the championship, league one etc and will they be licensed or unofficial?
3. Is there a season/manager mode like FIFA has?

Thanks

So any ideas on what leagues are fully or part licensed? And if there are any lower leagues, nothing major if there are no lower leagues but since I can't find any info on what leagues are licensed or even included. So anyone know?

I'm pretty sure there won't be lower leagues, and Ligue 1, Eredivisie, Serie A and (probably partly) La Liga will be licensed.
